Oxford DDS - Our Staff

Dr. Cleary earned his Bachelor of Science and his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the North Carolina Dental Society, the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and the Academy of Laser Dentistry. He is a Past President of the Gateway Dental Study Group and a current member of the Wake Forest Study Group.

He is active in the community and has made numerous dental missionary trips to Third World Countries. His last mission trip was in January, 2009 to Honduras, with the East Chapel Hill Rotary Club. He will return in 2010. Bart has been a Rotarian since 1986 and is a member of the Oxford Rotary Club in District 7710. He was the President of his Club for two consecutive years from 1992-1994. During 1998-1999, he was District Governor of Rotary District 7710. District 7710 is made up of 43 clubs in the 10 counties surrounding the Research Triangle Park area of Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill. Presently, he is the Section Chair of the USA/France Intercountry Committee of Rotary International. He is also on the Board of Directors for Goodwill Industries of Eastern North Carolina and a past director for the Vance-Granville Health Department.

	Dr. Reed Spears, D.D.S., P.A.
	Dr. Spears earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1982 and has practiced in Oxford his entire career. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the North Carolina Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, and has served as a Deputy NC Dental Examiner. He loves to travel and spend time with his Labrador Retrievers. Reed is married to Dr. Donna Bryan Spears and they reside in Oxford, NC.
